Education to at least A Level standard or equivalent;
- GCSE Grade C _(4/5)_ in Maths and English _(or equivalent)_;
- Good working knowledge and understanding of a wide range of additional needs;
- Experience of working with children and young people, ideally within an education setting;
- Excellent organisational and digital literacy skills;
- A commitment to equality of opportunity and inclusion.

The post will suit an individual who enjoys working with children and young people and has a desire to be a positive role model for them.

**Hours**:35 hours a week, 39 weeks a year (term time only + 5 Inset Days)

Prendergast Ladywell School is an 11 - 16 secondary school at the heart of the community in Ladywell and is part of the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools.

The school has outstanding facilities and a modern learning environment to inspire young people to be successful.

The school is adjacent to Ladywell Fields Park and within a short walking distance to Catford and Catford Bridge stations, with journey times of just 20 minutes to London.
