The shift pattern for this role are 06:30 - 15:00, on a rota basis of 5 days a week.

As a Breakfast Host, you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role You’ll be working as part of a vibrant team to deliver first-class hospitality to our guests in the hotel’s restaurant and bar.

**If you’re our ideal Breakfast Host, you will**:

- Be yourself
- Share your positive energy with guests and your team
- Meet and greet guests upon arrival
- Manage reservations and table allocations
- Ensure all dietary requirements are noted down and make recommendations accordingly
- Ensure that guests have a great experience in our restaurant and bar, and are leaving with a desire to come back again
- Have a can-do attitude
- Be confident in speaking with guests and the team - we love building a good rapport

**About Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham**:
In a woodsy roadside setting, this relaxed hotel is 4 miles from Cheltenham Racecourse and 8 miles from 11th-century Gloucester Cathedral. Colourful, modern rooms come with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and tea and coffeemaking equipment. Suites add sitting areas. Family rooms and room service are available. Amenities include an airy restaurant and a clubby bar offering light fare. There's also a patio with seating, plus a wellness centre with an indoor pool, a gym and a sauna. Meeting facilities are available.
