Salford, United Kingdom Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust Full time

An exciting opportunity has arisen to expand the peer support workforce in our ReConnect Service.

Our Greater Manchester ReConnect Service is commissioned by NHS England and is a care after custody service that seeks to improve the care of people leaving prison. Reconnect offers screening and support pre-release, and peer led navigation and support in the community post release.

The Greater Manchester ReConnect Service is currently provided in HMP Forest Bank and HMP Hindley and will be expanding to cover the remaining 3 Greater Manchester Prisons

To assist people to connect with and access health services, voluntary sector services and community-based activities and support.

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 members of staff, who deliver services from more than 160 locations.
