**HGV Technician - Slough**

**Shifts - Nights.**

**Salary from - £43,160 - based on 40 hours per week.**

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced HGV Technician to be based from their dealership in Slough.

**Duties
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of fleet trailers
- Carrying out road tests
- Performing emergency road repairs
- Routine vehicle maintenance to VOSA standards
- Diagnoses of vehicles utilising computer based diagnostic equipment
- Carry out scheduled fleet maintenance tasks
- Preparation of vehicles and trailers for MOT inspections
- Carry out re-chassis work and light fabrication
- Responsible for upkeep of scheduled maintenance records, including recording details of all work done and scheduling of servicing in compliance with Operator’s License requirements
- Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks
- High level of technical knowledge and ability in mechanical repair
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements

**Shift Pattern
- Night shift 22:00 till 6.30am with 30min unpaid dinner - Monday to Fridays
