**Job Title**: Retail Manager / Branch Manager

**Location**: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, SA61 1ET

**Salary**: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum + Plenty of Benefits (Listed below)

**Hours**: Five days per week, Monday to Saturday (Saturdays on a rota basis)
- Sociable hours, no late nights, Sundays or Bank Holidays

**Job Type**: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Weekend availability

**Job description**:
Our client is looking to recruit a Retail Branch Manager for our store in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.

**Core responsibilities of the Retail Manager / Branch Manager**:

- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets and setting performance objectives for the store.
- Working with our other stores, and team of engineers, to help build the success of the business.
- Recommending actions to improve the performance of your store.

**Experience**:
Ideally you will have experience of working in a retail environment, managing and supporting a small team. You will have the empathy and emotional intelligence to help our customers find the right solution for their needs.

**Required Experience and Licence / Certification**:

- 2 years’ experience working in Retail, as a Branch Manager / Store manager / Retail Manager
- Driving License

**Preferred / Desired Experience**:

- Experience of assessing and demonstrating associated products in the customers environment
- Proactive approach to developing BTB and BTC Business opportunities
