**Warehouse Operative Job Description**

£22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus + Pension + Early Finish Fridays

Greenwich, South East London.

We are focused on enhancing customers' experiences through ambient fragrance and influencing purchase decisions by using the power of scent through our stylish scent delivery systems, premium fragrance oils and private label offering.

We are calling on well-presented driven warehouse operatives who want to grow with us. Enjoy a varied role where you will be part of the warehouse and operations team.

Attention to detail is key in this position as you will be playing a pivotal role in the preperation and finishing touches of our products prior to dispatching to the customer.

As part of this job there will also be the need for travel to customer premises in the UK, meeting and speaking with customers, to check and maintain scent systems. You will need to enjoy meeting new people and speaking to people.

To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should be dedicated, competent and have a good work ethic.

This position is perfect for someone bright, energetic, extremely organised and efficient looking with the chance to progress within a friendly work environment

**Daily Duties**:

- Picking and packing orders including loading and unloading of goods in/out
- Checking scent systems and fragrances for dispatch
- Maintenance, fault finding and cleaning of scent systems
- Customer visits to install and maintain scent systems
- Making samples fragrance and preparing fragrance oils ready for dispatch
- Preparing scent systems ready for dispatch
- Private Label and white label and production and distribution
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Booking and organising couriers
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities

**Required Experience**

**Please ensure you have 2+ years of warehouse experience**
- Experience as a warehouse operative
- Good attention to detail for labelling and packaging
- Experience in private/white labelling would be an advantage
- Good customer service skills and comfortable being customer facing
- Proficient computer skills.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer focused attitude.
- An interest in fragrances would be beneficial.
