Handyman

**Role: Handyman**

**Location: Heathrow**

**Term: Long Term Ongoing Contract**

**Hourly Rate: £17 - £21 per hour**

MJM Industrial is currently recruiting for experienced Handymen to work over at Heathrow airport both airside and landside.

**HANDYMAN RESPONSIBILITIES**

The successful Handyman's duties will vary depending on the project/s we are running at the time but will include but won’t be limited to;
- Undertaking all building fabric activities such as patch repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting and decorating all to the highest level of service for the client.
- You will be required to answer queries, report any defects, and keep the client informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.
- Complete reactive, PPM jobs & projects in a timely manner
- Repairs floor and wall coverings
- Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements
- Responsible for other building and installation works as required.

**HANDYMAN BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working a within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Carpentry experience desirable but not essential
- CSCS Card
- Happy to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends.

The successful Handyman will be working a minimum of 45 hours a week.

This role is not eligible for sponsorship or visa sponsorship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract

Pay: £17.00-£21.00 per hour
