The Role:
- As the Front of house / Receptionist role, you will be responsible for managing delegates attending training
- responding to Adviser/delegate queries re courses/course bookings
- managing enquiries/bookings for bespoke/consultancy work
- working with IT to ensure the CRM data is accurate/website is performing correctly
- working with Marketing team to co-ordinate actions as per the marketing plan
- supporting with Statutory Assessment Duty admin.
- Experience in Administration
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Excellent user or Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent Communication & I.T Skills.
