The Multi Skilled Plumber will deliver a wide range of responsive maintenance activities to a diverse customer base for Great Places Housing Group.
You can show evidence of key competencies, specifically in plumbing (core trade), joinery, plastering and tiling (secondary trades). You are able to deliver first class customer service in responsive maintenance and experience of working with the supply chainassociated with responsive maintenance. You have good attention to detail, and experience of working with a multi-disciplined services delivery team (within the built environment).
You can complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure, as well as good organisation skills and the ability to time manage workload. You can form effective liaison with staff or other stakeholders to give, or find information toresolve problems, alongside the ability to develop and project a positive image of Great Places through personal, written and verbal skills.
