We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Patient Co-ordinator to join us at At Home Dental Ltd in Totnes supporting the business in delivering the highest standards of dental care to patients in the comfort of their own home or within a Care Home.

At Home Dental Ltd are a new and innovative service which offers a fully comprehensive surgery like experience in the comfort of patients’ homes. This is achieved by the use of our fully equipped vans, allowing dental treatment to hit the road and be provided remotely without the need for a physical practice space.

This role will operate from our base in Totnes.

Main duties include:

- Answering phone calls
- Arrange and manage patient appointments using Dentally software.
- Compile day sheets and plan journeys accordingly
- Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date.
- Contact patients who are due a recall appointment
- Take payments for appointments.
- Encourage prompt payment and chase outstanding debts in line with company policy.
- Liaise with supply companies and other organisations as required.
- Send correspondence to patients who are due a recall appointment.
- Other administrative tasks as reasonably requested by the Operations Manager

This role includes:

- Starting hourly rate of £10.50 per hour
- Full time role - 5 days per week (40 hours)
- Access to Agilio training platform
- Core company hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Company pension
- Training and support provided to develop own skills and abilities.
