Our Client, a leading national audit, tax and risk firm with global reach is looking to make a **NEW HIRE**, **a Document Management Support Analyst/Trainer**. Their brand-new, well appointed London HQ is based within easy walking distance of City Thameslink, Blackfriars, St Pauls, Cannon Street public transport links and thiswill be offered with flexible working, some days in the office and some from home (after onboarding/training). This role sits in between their IT Helpdesk an Client Solution teams.

The Firm uses one of the most inclusive document management systems, M-Files and the overall purpose of the role is to provide support and promote the use of M-Files and support the wider team.

**What will you be doing?**
- Provide support and guidance to the internal teams on the capabilities of M-files
- Working with the Client Solutions team on the design and development of effective solutions within M-Files to support the optimisation of processes for their interna teams
- Provide technical and operations support to both the helpdesk and Client Solutions Teams to resolve user issues
- Support Client Solutions in their provision of training, Q & A follow up sessions
- Monitor the information available by M-Files for their customers via their website, webinars
- Provide ideas, improvements and innovations wherever possible

**What do you need to be successful?**
- Some experience gained from a commercial environment - product support or similar will be seen as an advantage
- Problem solving and solution driven
- A mindset to explore what is possible within the product and experiment ideas
- Logical thinker
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Passion for client service
- Display energy and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of Camtasia or other screen recording software would be helpful but it is not essential as full training will be given
- Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
- Good standard of education
- Willing to learn and to go the "extra mile"
