For the next two to three years, the Head of Data will be focused on the successful implementation of data transformation. This is a transition to best-in-class technologies and processes, while ensuring there is no business disruption. The Head of Data will work closely with the transformation and UK leaderships teams, bringing their thought leadership and experience.

Through engaging and inspiring leadership of the Data Team, the Head of Data will have accountability for creating a high performing, high energy culture, inspiring individuals to reach their full potential..
