**SEO SPECIALIST**

Charterhouse Recruitment are partnering with a very well-established business based in York in finding an SEO Specialist to join their team. The company operates one of the UK’s largest groups of property sector companies and due to an increased interestand passion in the industry they have seen huge increase in demand for their services.

If you have experience or an interest in property, that would be great But full industry training will be given.

**WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:

- Salary depends on the level of experience and is flexible but in the region of £30k
- 35 hour working week

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE SEO SPECIALIST’S DAY**:
Working on two main websites your role will be varied and will include:

- Keyword research and analysis
- On page recommendations and implementing agreed plans (meta tags, header tags, on-page, schema etc).
- Benchmark SEO performance using SEO reporting tools
- Content analysis and optimisation
- Work with the web develops to identify and deliver SEO solutions
- Content writing, updating directories and altering tags
- Assist with other marketing activity such as website content, social media content, online PR etc.
- Work with the wider team to ensure SEO objectives are communicated and delivered on time and in budget.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION**:

- Experience in using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog,
- Experience in building content within CMS environments
- Experience of using and analysing data on Google Analytics
- Experience of website administration
- Skilled in MS Office products including Excel
- Some knowledge / understanding of of HTML / CSS
