HR Apprentice

**Job description**

This is an exciting training opportunity that will provide you with valuable skills and experience, while working towards a CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice.

Working with the Robert Heath HR Manager, you’ll be providing an important HR administrative service across all aspects of our people processes including; pre-employment and new starter processes, Contract administration, HR system administration and, learning and development administrative support.

You’ll need to be confident in dealing with people, keen to learn and have a positive, can-do attitude to really thrive in this role. There is lots to do and no two days will be the same.

The CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice will provide you with a solid foundation of all areas of HR and develop the essential skills and confidence you need to progress your career further.
