We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate to join the Real Estate team in our Bristol office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on varied, high quality work for top quality commercial clients across all areas of our Real Estate practice.

**The practice**

Osborne Clarke LLP have an outstanding reputation in real estate due to the quality and breadth of our client base and the value and complexity of the work we undertake. We have made a long-term investment in our real estate practice both in the UK and internationally, offering extensive expertise in investment across numerous asset classes, logistics, student accommodation, regeneration, residential and commercial development, energy and utilities. Our team approach, industry knowledge and excellent communication enable us to deliver a full and thorough service to our clients operating across our UK offices in Bristol, London and Reading.

**Our clients**

We act for numerous PLC clients - often on a national, multi service line panel basis. Our list of clients is impressive and includes
- British Land, GLP, Barratt, Mirastar, Patrizia, M&S, DTZIM, AEG, M&G, PGIM, ICG, Taylor Wimpey, U&I, St Modwen, Vodafone and Greystar to name a few.

**The team**

The real estate team is made up of over 75 lawyers, plus 22 Partners in the UK. The team works collaboratively in client teams across our London, Bristol and Reading offices and the Bristol team comprises a large number of partners and experienced lawyers, running some of our largest client relationships. Louise Cartwright (Partner) leads the whole of the UK team.
