Estate Agent

Your Move Radcliffe are looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis, dealing with their Lettings portfolio.

This branch is part of **National Home Move** who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
- permanent

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

In return we offer:

- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa £24000 per annum
- Basic salary £19,000 plus 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

**It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.**

**The nature of this opportunity means the role is all office based.**
