Location: Its Bagels Central Production Unit - North Acton

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We're seeking a Bagel Roller / Baker to join our team at our central production unit located in North Acton.

As a Bagel Roller / Baker, you will play a crucial role in crafting delicious, authentic bagels for our customers. You'll work closely with your team to prepare, roll, shape, and bake a variety of bagel flavours to perfection. No prior experience is necessary - we're seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare dough according to recipe specifications
- Roll and shape bagels by hand
- Boil bagels to achieve the perfect texture
- Bake bagels in ovens, monitoring for consistency and quality
- Assist with general kitchen duties as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations

Skills Required:
**Enthusiasm to Learn**: No previous experience is required - we're looking for individuals who are eager to learn the art of bagel making.

**Team Player**: You'll be working closely with our kitchen team, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

**Adaptability**: Our production environment can be fast-paced and dynamic. The ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows is crucial.

**Physical Stamina**: This role involves standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks, so be sure you are ready for it

**Drivers Licence**: Not necessary, but a real plus.
