Our client, a world-famous Museum based in South Kensington, requires enthusiastic, outgoing, and professional staff with excellent interpersonal skills and commercial awareness to join their pool of agency workers within their Front of House Visitor Experience Teams.

This is an ongoing position with a range of shifts available between one and five days per week; these shifts will be offered on a rota basis, dependent on the Museum's operational requirements.

Please note we will be holding an assessment at the Museum on Monday 10 th July. Selected applicants will then be required to attend paid training from Tuesday 11 th - Thursday 13 th July. You must be available for the entirety of all these days to complete induction for the role. The induction will be followed by two full paid days of shadowing, although we can be a little more flexible with these dates based on your availability.

This position is paid at £11.16 per hour

Responsibilities and skills required include:

- To actively seek out and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service to enhance all aspects of the visitor journey.
- To inspire visitors' interest by sharing knowledge and information, and advocating all aspects of the public programme, offer, services and products.
- To achieve set individual and team performance objectives and conversion targets.
- To actively promote and engage visitors in commercial opportunities where applicable.
- To promote the programme of special exhibitions and events, including the Gift Aid scheme to encourage additional ticket donations and meet conversion rates.

Please note that this role involves working in a busy environment, with some manual handling responsibilities such as staffing a cloakroom, stock movement, and moving of barriers.
