**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Junior Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional team. You will report into and support the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager in our 3 Rosette Restaurant.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

- To communicate and delegate tasks to the Horto Food and Beverage team
- To ensure departmental targets are achieved through support and coaching of team members
- To provide the highest level of service to all guests of Rudding Park including serving and managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- To assist the Food and Beverage team with training and development as required
- To carry out administrative duties for the department as directed by the Department Manager.

**About You**
- A minimum of two years in a similar hospitality/food and beverage role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A positive attitude with great communication skills
- Flexibility and initiative to respond to a range of different work situations
- Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
