**Job Summary**:
Sky Recruitment Solutions are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join a reputable company in Ripley. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of their production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in manufacturing supervision.

**Key Responsibilities of Supervisor**:
**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a team of production workers to meet daily production targets.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance and job satisfaction among team members.

**Production Oversight**:

- Monitor and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.

**Process Optimization**:

- Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure the efficient use of resources and machinery to enhance overall productivity.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and address any safety concerns promptly.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, employee attendance, and inventory levels.
- Prepare regular reports for management on production metrics and performance.

**Supervisor Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

**Physical Requirements of Supervisor**:

- Ability to move around the production facility, including standing for extended periods.

Salary is paid at £14.45ph with an attendance bonus of £1ph and Production bonus each month if targets are hit.
