**Handyperson Job Description and Duties**

Job Role:
This work will involve minor repairs and installation work. It may also involve finishing/ snagging works on completed properties. You will need the skills to carry out a range of basic tasks across multiple trades.

Work will involve attending multiple properties throughout the day, most of which will be in FY postcodes. A full driving license is therefore essential.

Job Duties:

- Minor repairs and installation works
- Finishing works/ snagging
- Understanding technical drawings and how your work will fit within the building
- Estimating the materials needed for a job within budgetary contexts
- Liaise with clients and assure them of the progress of their job
- Following health and safety standards at all times

Skills and Qualifications:
Must have a pass at GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent). Must have full UK driving licence.
