Senior Bookkeeper

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join a family-run SME based in Ellesmere Port. Your role as a Senior Bookkeeper is to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting,budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.

**Key duties and responsibilities.....**
- Full responsibility for the daily financial tasks required for the business to function effectively and efficiently.
- Direct involvement and management of annual budget setting and tracking
- Reporting key numbers and timely accurate management accounting information
- Debtor and Creditor management
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase ledger
- Debtor Management: Primary goal to reduce the debtor day KPI
- Creditor Management
- Bank reconciliation
- Overhead Expense Management
- Vehicle Management
- General Management Account Duties
- Administrative duties

**Hours of Work**: 8:30am - 5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
