Duties include but are not limited to: - Understand the vision and tone of voice of Oxford Nanopore, where the customer is at the heart of our community, and we support the sharing of customer stories by customers.
Work with Marketing Executive to learn about and deliver: - Generate content for corporate social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), ensuring appropriate tone and continued pipeline of rich content, which addresses multiple audiences.
- Create visuals for social media, including stills, GIFs and videos.
- Support development of a social media calendar in line with social media strategy (currently being developed by social media team). From this support a continuous organic schedule across all social media channels and report on progress.
- Learn how to upload content to the website, and ongoing management.
- Learn how to create paid adverts across social media in line with organisational priorities and track progress. Feed into budget to ensure the team can demonstrate effective return on investment.
- Support with uploading content to the website/resource centre.
- Identify trends and opportunities to develop innovative and engaging communications.
- Learn how to use CRM and automated marketing platforms to ensure targeted marketing approaches.
