We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Supervisor to join our team. As the Branch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Branch, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and achieving distribution goals.

**Key Objectives of Role**:

- Promote lead generation to all RSM's and Cooler Experts to ensure follow-up leads with potential customers are received at the branch.
- Manage the up-selling of Eden products by RSM's and Cooler Experts.
- Motivate RSM's and Cooler Experts to achieve monthly cup and small pack sales and distribution goals.
- Execute the annual/monthly/daily operating plans and budgets.
- Achieve the quality of service dictated by our customers.
- Maximize profitability and control costs within the department.
- Motivate, train, and develop distribution personnel, monitoring their performance and career development.
- Ensure systems and administration procedures are developed and executed accurately and on time.
- Ensure the distribution department and facilities are kept safe, clean, and secure at all times.
- Ensure the company's policies and procedures are adhered to.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate and achieve daily bottle, cups, and cooler targets.
- Ensure 98-100% route efficiency with good 'route harmonizing'.
- Minimize failures to agreed levels and ensure 100% of failures are recovered the next day.
- Liaise with the Customer Service department to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
- Utilize relevant key performance indicators.
- Assist in the warehouse with accepting deliveries, loading trucks, vehicle movement, and stock control.
- Monitor, report, and take appropriate actions for all absences and sickness.
- Motivate branch employees and ensure adequate training is provided.
- Take disciplinary procedures as required.
- Participate in training, provide daily feedback, and promote teamwork.
- Ensure all vehicles and records are maintained according to department of transport and company standards.
- Maintain the highest standard of hygiene cleanliness throughout the department.
- Develop ideas for the smooth running of the branch.
- Ensure safe conditions at all times in accordance with the company's Health & Safety requirements.
- Ensure all checks on vehicles are carried out as per the Ministry of Transport requirements.
- Implement company security policy/procedures at all times.

**Requirements of Role**:

- FLT License
- Transport/Fleet Management/Warehouse/Health & Safety experience
