The role:

- Provide support to customers, monitor progress and communicate to all parties
- Prioritise in house repair tasks to service team and advise sales staff on availability
- Run routine service and repair reports
- Ensure all department procedures are followed, and all documentation is accurately completed and filed
- Demonstrate excellent customer service in terms of attitude and action

**What you’ll need**:

- Resilience, dependability and have a passion for providing great customer service
- Work well as part of a team and have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energy and drive to get things done
- IT literate - working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English
