Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as body sculpting and laser hair removal to the highest standard.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries and payments.
- Upsell products and services to clients based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Utilise social media platforms for marketing purposes and engage with clients online.

**Skills**:

- Hospitality: Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Guest Services: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Communicate: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Upselling: Ability to recommend additional treatments or products to enhance the client experience and results.
- Social Media Management: Experience in managing social media platforms to promote services and engage with customers.

Must be able to work 1 late night a week and weekends and have a Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
