**About the role**:
You will be responsible for the EUANZ unconstrained demand roll up to an area level (volume and value), working with the cross functional team to get the constrained demands, risks and opportunities, demands versus financial commitments. You will be championing and leading the IBP process across the regions, ensuring we are as common as possible. Owning and driving the IBP cyclic process covering a minimum of 18m forward demand, bringing clarity to the numbers and performance across the different business units across the Area - help drive front line focus.

As part of performance management you will be responsible for bringing operational performance measures into commercial forums. Working with global category connected planning teams as well as the regional connected planning team to collate results and action plans and hold teams accountable to improve performance. The role will over index toward forecast accuracy measures and IBP adoption across the area, ensuring a common and best ways or working across the area is adopted.

This role will be the leading a commercially intone operating model with end to end visibility of market performance and financial plans. Bring transparency to our plans which can be articulated coherently to assess business performance health.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Generating a robust area level IBP process which incorporates intelligence across the regional performances
- Generating min 18 month rolling demand across the area across all categories
- Lead the operating model between markets and regions on forecasting best practice, root cause and action plans for corrective actions to our forecasts
- Ability to present complex data coherently to build better understanding across markets and cross functional teams including the area management team
- Reviewing the forecasts both as market sales as well as net demand to each of the manufacturing site (going into financial, supply, commercial, brand plans)
- Promotes one number mindset to drive business decision making and forecast transparency / functional accountability across cross-functional teams.
- Leads strategic regional projects that will use demand forecasting as a lever to unlock further benefits in the supply chain including Inventory Reduction, ERP, Supply Chain Transformation, etc.
- Great commercial understanding including bottom up vs. top down gap management process.
- Understanding of differences within the various regions go to market model
- Understanding of the financial forecast build assumptions
- Stay ahead of the game by using and introducing best in class forecasting tools (AI)

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Continuous improvement mentality - staying ahead of the game with the best tools and techniques
- Supply Chain, Forecast Management and/or Commercial experience within an FMCG Business.
- SAP/Kinaxis suite of SCP, Kinaxis-DP, SNP, APO DP, IBP and BW experience highly preferred
- Must be commercially conscious, can articulate the lifecycle of an item within the retailer/customer.
- Strong influencing / communication expertise; ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement. Work cross functionally with Sales, Brand and Finance Team to drive 1 number approach.
- Ability to build good relationships and challenge constructively and confidently.
- Ability to consolidate large volumes of complex information, interpret & construct straightforward plans.
- Confident and capable of operating at all levels and able to resolve conflict situations
- Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel - Data and fact driven
