Hours: 42.12 hrs/week (12.5 hour shifts worked on a 4 on 4 off basis)
Location: Liverpool

**Job Type**: Permanent
This role is available to start ASAP depending on DBS status or February if no current DBS.
BS Social Care have teamed up with a leading care provider in the Northwest and are looking for a Crisis Support Worker to join their Liverpool team.
The Waking Night Project Worker will provide overnight housing and support services to residents experiencing homelessness in order to maximise their health, well-being, and inclusion. The role involves working closely with residents to provide practical supportand assistance, as well as working with others to coordinate services and ensure the best possible outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overnight housing and support to residents experiencing homelessness
To participate in handovers with day staff at the start and end of each shift.
To provide a safe, secure environment and to ensure clients' needs are met overnight.
To supervise residents' conduct, health, safety and welfare and to provide support and assistance as required.
To undertake regular building and resident welfare checks throughout the night as directed.
To deal with incidents / potential incidents and record them as appropriate, taking into account impact on staff, service-users and local neighbours.
Contribute to the development and implementation of support plans for residents
Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
**Requirements**:
Experience working with people experiencing homelessness or with complex needs is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability
Commitment to providing high quality support and services to residents
