**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Overall responsibility of all day to day Bookkeeping Activities using SAGE 50 Accounts and Excel.
- Payroll, CIS & Intermediary Reporting
- Liaise with company accountants
- liaise with HMRC and Bank
- Processing invoices and receipts
- Completing VAT and CIS (online)

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Must be proficient in SAGE 50 Accounts
- Capacity to respond effectively to sensitive enquires and complaints
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Good understanding of office administration
- Effective organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Aptitude for analysis and problem solving
- Attentive to detail and capable of maintaining a high level of accuracy

**Job Type**: Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
