## Job Summary:
## Duties:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as directed
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

## Requirements:

- this company has rules and ethics to work by.
- job would suit a trainee/apprentice, school leaver, first job, or a fully skilled person
- Previous experience not esential in a labor role-as on the job training will be given
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction techniques and tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- use of your mobile phone is only allowed at break times
- this company has a strict code of conduct, and disaplinary rules will be applied.

For the right person who comletes the qualifying period of 1 year, there is the opportunity of attending college 1 day a week to become qualified in this field of work

applicants who live more than 5 miles from postcode EN11 need not apply, unless they have there own car/ motorbike/ bicycle, and can get to the place of work, or can reliably use public transport to get to work on time.

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm that is work time, not including traveling time to get to work

Pay: From £10.45 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
