'''Responsibilities''' - Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with daily operations - Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality - Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks - Communicate with employees and provide information on HR policies and procedures - Utilize HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday to input and update employee data - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries - Coordinate training programs and maintain training records - Prepare reports and presentations for HR management '''Skills''' - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, or Workday - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Experience supervising or managing administrative tasks is a plus - Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is interested in gaining experience in the HR field.
