At Erewash Voluntary Action we are actively recruiting for a coordinator role to deliver our Shopping project, Buddying Scheme and Befriending service

You will be required to continue our long standing Shopping and Befriending scheme.

If you understand the value of volunteering, are friendly, proactive, positive, approachable and organised we would love to hear from you

You will:

- Assist in the recruitment of volunteers
- Visit clients to identify their needs
- Signpost to relevant services
- Coordinate the volunteers and paid shoppers for the project
- Provide annual leave cover for shoppers
- Assist in the Volunteer induction training as required

**25 hours per week Monday - Friday**

**Salary: £15,119.00 Actual £11.63 per hour fixed term to April 2024 (possibility to extend/increase hours dependent on funding)**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £11.63 per hour
