Court of Protection Senior Associate, Southampton
This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong Court of Protection specialist to join a noted team with an outstanding reputation for this niche area of law.
You can expect to handle the full remit of Court of Protection matters - much of the work comes over from the insurance side - providing community care to clients who have suffered injury or illness. Often these cases can be complex in nature and attentionto detail is needed.
If you have a background in handling high net worth trusts following clinical negligence or brain injury matters then the firm would be keen to hear from you.
There is the opportunity to mentor junior members of the team who are also ambitious and talented and you should be able to lead by example.
The quality of work coming into the team is really superb and there will be no requirement to perform business development as the work sources coming into the firm are secure.
As you can expect an opportunity like this will bring challenge and reward. The firm would be happy to consider anyone relocating to the Southampton area.
