Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately using cash registers
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and general cleaning of the whole bar, seating areas, and garden.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines while handling beverages
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other bar staff members to ensure efficient operation of the bar
- Able to work alone and to be proactive.

**Skills**:

- Previous bar experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong math skills for cash handling and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of basic brewing techniques and familiarity with different types of beverages
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-30 per week

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
