**Company & Project:_ _**A leading Main contractor is seeking to recruit a talented and ambitious Senior M&E Site Manager, to complement their Construction Management team, based on site for a Major Regeneration Project in West London.

Our client has an enviable track record on projects c£50m+ and have delivered projects on a repeat basis in London.

The senior management team is well respected for its effective leadership, employee development, and business acumen, which has led to the business achieving achieving back-to-back project wins in the area.

**Desirable Experience**:

- Previous experience either as an M&E Supervisor or M&E Site Manager on a project or Project Manager/Engineer for a specialist sub-contractor or man contractor.
- Experience on M&E packages/projects c£5m+ in total value would be desirable.
- Trade background would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety.
- Previous Roles: Site Supervisor OR Electrical Supervisor OR M&E Supervisor OR M&E Manager OR M&E Engineer OR M&E Project Manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:Relevant Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services qualification for example, HND or Degree or City & Guilds.
