We are seeking an experienced senior executive to work alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership Team members, to lead efforts to improve effectiveness, efficiency and integration of the organisation. This role will lead or support new internal initiatives and special projects, and will help drive forward specific internal systems change identified as a priority to increase organisational effectiveness and impact.
This role will work alongside the other members of the Senior Leadership Team, enabling them and the CEO to be more effective and to play to their strengths, by ensuring effective leadership of the Executive Office. The postholder will ensure the effective flow of information between the Senior Leadership Team and the rest of the organisation, will enable delivery of internal change and new projects (either by leading directly or by backfilling other members of the Senior Leadership Team so that they can lead, as appropriate to skills and experience needed for different initiatives).The postholder may be required to provide interim management and leadership for senior level staff or teams, to cover or bridge gaps and increase resilience.
