**Administration Coordinator** duties**:
- Placing orders once a signed contract and deposit has been received
- Creating customer files, sending out relevant documents
- Updating the system with all customers confirmed details, surveys and order sign off
- Ordering any service call parts
- Creating delivery schedules for the week
- Liaise with the surveyor daily - handling enquiries
- Managing the customer board updating information and delivery dates
**Administration Coordinator** requirements**:
- Confident, polite with a good phone manner
- Enjoy customer interaction
- Team player / organised
- Administration experience would be an advantage
- Well presented and punctual
- Computer literate
**Additional Information**:
- Based in Surbiton
- £25,000 - £27,000
- 23 days day’s + bank holidays
- Parking onsite
