**Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer you’ll be targeting organisations who send and receive post as well as**:

- Creating, optimising and monitoring paid ad campaigns on Google, Bing, and LinkedIn
- Optimise on and off-site search engine optimisation (SEO) to improve search visibility
- Work with the team to drive multi-channel campaigns to drive traffic, lead gen and conversions
- Manage and optimise conversion points using Hubspot, including landing pages
- Monitoring and analysing web analytics and campaign performance
- Delivering end-to-end reporting on campaign performance
The focus here is lead generation. And you’ll receive a bonus for every new lead generated.
**Above all, you’ll**:

- have proven experience and be able to show results from your campaigns, cradle to grave
- possess strong knowledge of digital marketing including Search, Display, and Retargeting
- be Google certified
- Ideally have knowledge of Google Data Studio for reporting purposes
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone who thrives in a team environment and loves to see results from the work that is created.
**Salary**: £25,000 FTE
**Location**: This is based in Abington, Northampton with a minimum of 3 days on site.
**Contract**: Full time, permanent

**Benefits**: Uncapped bonus of £37,000 OTE, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (32 days total), Duvet days, monthly rewards and annual 5* trip abroad for meeting company targets, Company provided lunch, Funding for further qualifications
