**Job Summary**:
We are a busy, growing, firm of accountants, business and tax advisers in Wimborne, Dorset. This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you to join our dynamic team at the heart of our business. We are searching for a reliable receptionist to join the team. If you have excellent communication skills and can multitask this job is for you
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors
- Scanning, distributing and electronically filing incoming post
- Coordinating & managing meetings and the meeting room schedule
- Generally assisting technical staff with reports, aesthetically editing documents/presentations and entering information
- Managing client standing data and running mail merges
- Assisting with the administration of the annual fee protection insurance policy offered to clients
- General administration tasks such as maintaining general office files, client files, supplier files, and other office related documents
- Assistance with GDPR & AMLR process maintenance.
**Client Services**:
- Monitor client satisfaction and promote improvements
- Build and maintain relationships to drive the business forward
**Must Have**:
- Strong administration, organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage a changing environment and focus on the firm’s goals
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently in a highly organised way to manage multiple tasks and requests
- Friendly and welcoming manner with professional presentation
- A willingness to work with others and respect their views.
**Desirable**:
- Experience in a private sector accounting or professional firm.

**Role Status**:
- Full time
- Permanent
- Office based
- 37.5 hours per week - (9am to 5pm)
