Order Processor

My client are an established manufacturer and supplier of uPVC windows, doors and conservatories based in the M1 J28 area Sutton in Ashfield / South Normanton area. With a strong order book they are financially secure, expanding their operations and have an opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join their team to process window and door quotations and orders.

**The Role**:

- Order process quotations and orders
- Check and interpret order specifications, querying and gathering additional information if required
- Input volume orders into a window design programme
- Liaise with internal teams and management teams and support with administration and customer service as required
- Providing high quality customer service, answering queries and resolving any issues

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience of order processing windows and doors is essential
- Proactive and able to manage own workload
- Methodical approach with excellent attention to detail to minimise errors
- Good people and communication skills, written and verbal

**The Package**:

- Salary is to £25k depending on window order processing experience and skills
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory
- 35 hour working week - 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Thursday, 09.00-15.00 Friday

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
