**Your Role**: As a Gateline Assistant, you'll be on the frontline of passenger interactions, providing information, assistance, and ensuring a warm welcome for travellers. Your responsibilities include aiding passengers with journey enquiries, ticket information, providing guidance on train times, and supporting the unsocial behaviour team. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring passenger safety while operating the station barriers.

This role serves as your gateway to a multitude of exciting career paths within the railway sector such as On-Board Train Host, Dispatchers and Train Drivers. There are opportunities for **20 and 30 hours a week contracts** on average, being part of a team who works early shifts (**starting at 06:00am** at the earliest) and late shifts (**finishing at 23:00pm** at the latest).
