We are delighted to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity for Pharmacy Counter assistant to join our team at our branch at our Alfreton branch.

As a valued member of our pharmacy team, you will help ensure that our customers and patients get the best possible service every time they visit our Pharmacy. Through your passion to deliver a great healthcare service and your ability to provide professional advice, you'll play an important role in your local community. The knowledge you gain at Wellbeing Pharmacy will enable you to deliver products and services that have a direct, positive impact on people's lives.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Usual responsibilities will include but will not be limited to;
- Working under supervision of the Pharmacist
- To be the first point of contact for all customers
- Confidently advising patients on healthy living advice and care
- Responding to face to face and telephonic queries of patients/care homes
- Offering advise on common ailments
- Supporting dispensary in handling patient prescriptions
- Handling over the counter sales
- Managing stock

**Weekly work hours**

Weekly work hours will be 20 hours/week for part timer and 40 hours/ week for a full timer.
