**About the role**:
Reporting into the Sales Team Manager, this role is responsible for supervising and organising the Inside Sales team. You will oversee the team’s activity and performance, facilitate ongoing training and development, and ensure that key targets and milestones are being hit.

As well as the above, you will also work towards your own individual target by generating leads and booking appointments for our Enterprise Sales team.

This role is based in our Berkshire head office - a two-minute walk from Thatcham train station with free on-site parking and easy access to many nearby towns and cities.

**What you’ll be doing**:
No two days are the same at Support Revolution, but you will find yourself getting involved in:

- Managing and developing the Inside Sales team, which will include:

- Weekly 121’s to cover performance against targets, understanding any challenges, and covering any lessons learnt
- Monthly KPI reviews
- Quarterly and yearly reviews
- Recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new employees, including the setting of probation objectives
- Developing and implementing training plans and ensuring these are completed
- Overseeing team and individual KPIs in line with the organisation’s sales strategy
- Monitoring the productivity of the team and taking action to improve this when necessary
- Achieving individual targets by self-generating leads from various marketing streams, presenting our services, and generating strong opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team, working towards quarterly and yearly KPIs and targets
- Creating and maintaining team sales incentives
- Ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and correctly inputted into the company CRM
- Ensuring that all sales meetings are booked accurately for the Enterprise Sales team
- Resolving routine problems and acting as a first point of contact for the team
- Forecasting and building the team’s pipeline and reporting to management monthly on targets vs actuals
- Ensuring the team is motivated and aware of our products and services, competitors, and customers
- Producing monthly commission statements for approval and payment
- Monitoring and reviewing the teams timesheets for performance, absences, and attendance

**What we’re looking for**:
Although this is a team lead position, you will also have your own individual target, so experience in a lead-generating inside sales role is a must. Experience in leading, coaching, and developing an inside sales team is important, and we are looking for the following:

- A solid track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs
- Cold-calling and prospecting skills
- Experience in managing/leading an inside sales team within a B2B environment
- The ability to lead, motivate, coach, and direct the team, including the creation and delivery of training material
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
- A great telephone manner with excellent rapport-building skills
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding new employees
- An eagerness to learn and be a key player in the growth of a vibrant, high-performing company
