**Job Description**:
Join Our clients Team as a Litigation Assistant
Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for law and a drive for excellence?
If so, we want you to be a part of our dynamic team as a Litigation Assistant in our thriving office

**Main Responsibilities**:
As a Litigation Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting their Litigation Solicitor to ensure the efficient operation of their department.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
Preparing correspondence using the state-of-the-art case management system.
Attending to clients, both in person and on the telephone, with professionalism and courtesy.
️ Administering filing systems, including daily filing, file opening, closing, storage, and retrieval.
Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
️ Arranging for the scanning and photocopying of important paperwork.
Carrying out additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Have experience and knowledge of working within a Litigation department.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to undertake searches, ID checks, and other tasks on files without constant guidance.
✨ Possess exceptional speed and accuracy in your work.
Exhibit a good telephone manner and be comfortable communicating with clients both on the telephone and in person.
️ Be highly organized, methodical, and adaptable, ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
