**Clinic Administrator - West London**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a patient/clinic administrator role within an outpatient clinic based in West London.

Applicants must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally both on the phone and face-to-face. They should have the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and delivery of clinic needs, and most importantly be energetic, self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to provide quality service.

This is a full-time role based on-site. The role holder will be required to work evenings and weekends with a flexible shift pattern

Duties of this role include:

- Wide range of general administrative duties including scanning and filing onto the practice software
- Greeting, registering, booking, and dealing with enquiries from patients and/or other consultants
- Working alongside the clinical team to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey
- Billing for appointments and taking payments from patients
- Dealing with patient data in a highly confidential and GDPR-compliant manner
- Any adhoc duties to keep the clinic running smoothly

Skills desired and required for the role include:

- High level of interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal correspondence
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to work evenings and weekends which are our clinic’s busiest hour
