**Seeking Driven Senior Broker to Join Thriving Financial Firm in South Africa**

Our client, an established equity placement agency in Pretoria, South Africa is looking for a talented Senior Broker to join their successful team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills to a growing company with a proven track record of delivering to their client companies.
In this role, you will:

- Engage with sophisticated and high-net-worth investors to present and close deals on market-beating investment products
- Build rapport and provide excellent service to a portfolio of leads & clients
- Achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets
- Collaborate with leadership on inbound marketing strategies

We are looking for someone who has:

- 5+ years of recent experience successfully closing deals in financial services
- Solid understanding of capital markets
- A track record of developing strong client relationships
- Motivation to succeed in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
