Supervisor - Spar

James, our Site Director at Chester Motorway Service Area near Elton is looking for a Supervisor to join his SPAR team. Whether looking to sell to our customers a loaf of bread, food on the go or that essential item they forgot to pack we have it all

As a Supervisor at Roadchef you will support the Manager to deliver the highest standards of brand quality and customer service and implement our mission to ‘De-Stress’ and ‘Delight’ Britain’s road users.

- Ensuring your team serves our customers in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service.
- Leading by example ensuring the customer's journey around your unit is enjoyable and all products available - perfect in every way
- Supporting the management team with their day to day duties
- Replenishing stock and helping with deliveries

Our pay rates are £11.17 per hour.

Due to legal requirements, the position is over 18's only.
