Amy Hutton, Sport Signage Director of Operations.

Sport Signage office, Wheatley, Oxfordshire

Some overseas travel may be required.

**Job Overview**
The role of Event planner & Administrative Executive is to provide full support to the Sport Signage team who are primarily responsible for the supply of signage at Formula 1 events. The role encompasses:

- Preparing and sending quotations and offers to clients and potential clients following the guidance of the directors.
- Preparing and sending Purchase orders to suppliers, following the guidance of the directors
- Written and verbal communication to suppliers, clients and the Sport Signage team.
- Input of information into the team travel plan and ensuring each team member knows their travel movements.
- Keep a log of all personnel attendance and days off using HR software. Ensure all trackside personnel have the relevant uniform and equipment issued and keep up to date records.
- Supporting the Sport Signage Team with administrative tasks.
- Attend events as determined by the Director of Operations, to provide support with F1 and the Sport Signage crew on site.
- Continually look for ways to improve current operating practices and make recommendations to the Directors.

**Personal qualities, qualifications and experience.**

Confident and well organised.

Educated to degree level or equivalent.

Experience in administration.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Full drivers license required.

Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Good communication skills.

The ability to build relationships at all levels.

An ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Demonstrate flexibility in fast moving environment.
