As part of the continuing growth of the business we have recently created an exciting opportunity for a **Studio Coordinator **to join our team. As Studio Coordinator you will be involved in a range of duties including:
- Manage all bookings efficiently to balance client needs and therapist capacity.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences, from the first contact and throughout their Elite journey.
- Actively engage in the Studio sales process by identifying upselling opportunities, promoting our services and products.
- Support and collaborate with therapists to ensure operational needs are met.
- Assist the Studio Director with administrative tasks.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, placing orders as needed.
- Address Studio facilities and equipment issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors to the Studio.
- Support senior management.
- Assist with social media, marketing, projects, and events.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation within the Studio.
- Good educational background
- Previous administrative experience
- Proficient in IT skills (Excel, Word, Gmail etc)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritisation skills
- Detail-oriented with effective problem-solving abilities
- Proven retail sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Ability to thrive whilst handling multiple tasks and remaining composed under pressure.
- Immaculate presentation and grooming

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newport, TF10 7AQ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
