Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at a care home. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

**Duties**:

- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans for residents
- Provide support with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal assistance
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Assist in medication administration following established protocols
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care delivery

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in home care or a care home setting is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of care plans and basic IT skills for record keeping
- Valid driver's license is desirable but not essential

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Care home: 1 year (preferred)
- Home care: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
